Cool Gen Developer 100%

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cool Gen Developer to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cool Gen development, with proficiency in mainframe environments, specifically z/OS. Previous experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable, and a good level in French is mandatory.

Tasks:

• Cool Gen Development in a mainframe environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

• COOL GEN knowledge(CA Gen, IEF (Information Engineering Facility), Composer by IEF, Composer, COOL:Gen, Advantage:Gen and AllFusion Gen).
• Good expertise in mainframe technologies, particularly z/OS.
• Experience working in the banking industry is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residence in Switzerland (remote work from abroad is not possible) is mandatory.
• The work is onsite (Lausanne area).

Languages:

• French at least on level B2
• Additional English skills are preferred
